A tree fell on our roof in February and we went through several difficult contractors before we found Tim at TEC Exteriors. We couldn’t be happier and more blessed finding him. Tim walked us through everything from talking to insurance and adjusters, and walked us through the stats and problems with our roof that occurred with the recent storms. He answered every question we had and was willing to work with us even when I threw last minute obstacles at him. He even went above and beyond looking into different parts for my various projects which he certainly did not have to do. He called and texted me immediately when I needed him. He made a point to come a whole hour early when the insurance adjuster decided to show up early. We’ve never had to file a claim with insurance and it likely showed. Tim took the lead.
